Dear Mr. Wilson:
I am writing regarding the status of your formal complaint referenced above. Intermountain Gas
has notified me that your complaint has been resolved. However, because you are the
complainant in this case, the Commission must hear back from you as to how you wish to
proceed with this case.
If your complaint with the Company has been resolved and you do not wish to pursue your
formal action filed with the Commission you may request that your complaint be withdrawn and
the case dismissed, pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 68. IDAPA 31.01.01.068. If you
wish to do so , you must file a written Notice of Withdrawal of your complaint pursuant to Rule
68 with the Commission and send a copy to Intermountain Gas (a letter stating this would be
acceptable). If there is no objection, the withdrawal is effective 14 days after filing it with the
Commission.
