Pursuant to our telephone conversation today, I've enclosed for your infonnation another copy of the
Idaho Public Utilities Commission s Rules of Procedure. These rules govern the processing of a
complaint before the Commission. In particular, Rule 54 addresses fonnal complaints.
You also asked when Intennountain Gas s answer to your complaint would be due. Commission Rule 57
requires that the Company file its answer within 21 days of the service of the complaint. IDAP A
31.01.01.057. Commission Rule 17 explains how to compute the day it is due.
