ORDER NO. 15616
On May 14, 1980, the Commission received an applica-
tion from Intermountain Gas Company requesting revised rates
and charges for natural gas service to become effective June 13,
1980.
The Commission cannot determine the accuracy of
Applicant i s increased costs and hold a hearing in time for the
proposed rates to become effective on and after June 13, 1980.
Therefore, the increased rates should be suspended for a period
of thirty (30) days plus five months from June 13, 1980 or until
such time as an order is issued by this Commission in respect
thereto.
FINDINGS
THE COMMISS ION HEREBY FINDS:
I
THAT Intermountain Gas Company has submitted proposed
schedules of rates and charges for natural gas service to
become effective on and after June 13, 1980.
II
THAT pursuant to Section 61-622, Idaho Code, as amended,
rates should be suspended for a period of thirty (30) days plus
five (5) months from June 13, 1980, or until such time as an
order is issued by this Commission, to allow the Commission time
to determine the accuracy of the increased costs submitted by
Applicant.

OR D E R
IT is THEREFORE ORDERED that the proposed schedules
of rates and charges for natural gas service should be, and the
same are hereby, suspended for a period of thirty (30) days
plus five (5) months from June 13, 1980, or until such time as
an order is issued by this Commission.
