A Petition to Intervene in the above entitled matter has
been filed by FMC Corporation, by and through its attorneys of
record pursuant to Rule 5 of the Commission's Rules of Practice
and Procedure.
FINDINGS
That based on the pleadings and other documents filed
herein, intervention by the above party would serve the pur-
poses of intervention as described by Rule 5.4 of the Rules of
Practice and Procedure and should be granted.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed
by the above party is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in the above en-
