) PETITION OF FMC CORPORATION
) FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE
IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION
OF INTERMOUNTAIN GAS COMPANY FOR
APPROVAL OF ITS PROPOSED RATE
SCHEDULES.
FMC Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "F~1C",. a cor-
poration originated and existing under the laws of the State of
Delaware, the address of which in Idaho is Box 4111, Pocatello,
Idaho 83201, respectfully petitions as follows:

FMC is a corporation authorized and doing business in the
State of Idaho, with its principal place of business as set
out above.
II
FMC is directly affected by the above entitled proceeding
in that it has been a purchasing customer for natural gas sup-
plied by applicant.
III
Applicant proposes in its filing a change in service which
will result in increased rates and charges to FMC. FMC has been
unable to completely analyze the application of applicant but
desires to .intervene in this proceeding because of the impact
of the application on FMC.
IV
FMC requests that it be allowed to intervene in order that
it might examine witnesses, present evidence and testimony, and
participate in the hearings on the application.
V
FMC's Petition for Leave to Intervene does not prejudice
any party, that FMC requests the hearing to be set at the Com-
mission i S earliest convenience, and that FMC be allowed to
intervene therein.

WHEREFORE, FMC requests that its petition be granted and
that Fl1C be allowed to intervene and that all pleadings, ex-
hibi ts, orders and other documents relating to this application
be served on FMC and its attorneys as follows:
