FETITION TO INTERVENE
COMES NOW, Beker Industries Corp., a corporation doing
business in the State of Idaho, and more particularly doing
business within the certificated area of Intermountain Gas
Company, and respectfully petitions the Idaho Public utili ties
Commission as follows:
I.
Beker Industries Corp. hereinafter referred to as
Fetitioner, is a corporation authorized to do business in
the State of Idaho, with its principal office therein located
at Conda, Idaho, and its business address being Post Office
Box 37, Conda, Idaho 83230.
II.
That Petitioner's business is located within the
certificated area of Intermountain Gas Company, hereinafter
referred to as the applicant, and Petitioner is a consumer of
natural gas of Intermountain Gas Company; and, as a result is
a purchasing customer of applicant.
III.
That if the application of Intermountain Gas Company
for increased rates is approved by the Idaho Public utili ties
Commission, petitioner will incur an increase in rates and
charges.
IV.
Petitioner desires to intervene in order that it might
cross examine witnesses of applicant and any other parties
inte.rvening in these proceedings and, also, that it might
present evidence in the proceedings.

Based upon the filing made by Intermountain Gas Company,
it is the position of Beker Industries, Inc. that no increase
in LV-l rates is justified and that any increase would
resul t in unreasonable and discriminatory rates as to Beker.
VI.
It is respectfully requested that all pleadings,
exhibits, orders of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,
and any other documents relating to this application be
served upon Petitioner, and its attorneys, to wit:
