Incident Summary
On November 13, 2023, at approximately 1245 hours, an MVI incident occurred between an internal vehicle and a third-
party vehicle.
Incident Description
On November 13, 2023, at approximately 1245 hours, an MVI incident occurred between an internal vehicle and a third-
party vehicle. A Gas Service Rep (GSR) was attempting to make a left hand turn out of a neutral turn lane when a third-
party motorcyclist struck the back passenger side bin of the Ford F350. The Gas Service Rep (GSR) was traveling South
bound and turned into the left-hand neutral lane prior to attempting to make a left-hand turn into a parking lot. The PG&E
employee then attempted to finish making a left-hand turn into the parking lot. In the process of making the left-hand turn
a motorcyclist in the far outside North Bound Lane contacted the back passenger side bin of the truck. The third-party
motorcyclist was transported to the hospital to be evaluated.
