The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,by and through its attorney of record,
Claire Sharp,Deputy Attorney General,requests that Avista Corporation ("Company"or
"Avista")provide the followingdocuments and information as soon as possible,but no later than
FRIDAY,JULY 7,2023.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing,and the Company is requested
to provide,by way of supplementaryresponses,additional documents that it,or any person
acting on its behalf,may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question;supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations;and the name,job title,and telephonenumber of
the person preparing the documents.Please also identify the name,job title,location,and
telephone number of the record holder.

In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests,please provide all
Excel spreadsheets and electronic files with formulas intact and enabled.
REQUESTNO.4:Please provide the workpapers used to develop Table 3.5 on page 3-
6 in the 2023 Natural Gas Integrate Resource Plan ("IRP")in Excel format with equations
enabled and intact.In the workpapers,please breakdown conservationtargets by measure level,
include calculations detailing the gas furnace -maintenance adjustment described on page 3-6,
and include any other adjustments made to the 2024-2025 Conservation Potential Assessment
("CPA")results.
REQUESTNO.5:Please update the "AEG FIRM CUST_Avista 2022 Gas CPA -Draft
IRP Inputs_2022-10-11"workpapers to include cell equations intact and enabled for all
calculated values.
REQUESTNO.6:Please provide an update on the status of gas Advanced Metering
Infrastructure ("AMI")implementation in Idaho.
REQUESTNO.7:Please provide the avoided cost workpapers used to develop Figure
3.1 and 3.2 in Excel format with formulas enabled and intact.Please show how relevant detailed
data from Appendix 6.4 is incorporated.
