Whenever possible, costs are allocated to each state based on the actual tasked worked (time and materials). If an activity supports multiple states and fuel types, costs are split between the states/fuels using an allocation that is based on the proportional efforts of the engagement. When those splits cannot be further determined, the Company will allocate based on the normal 7 0%ol 30o/o allocation for Washington/Idaho. SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE : Please see Staff-PR-0I Supplemental - Attachment C and Staff-PR-Ol Supplemental - Attachment D for the third-party workpapers of ADM Associates. Corrections have been made in both attachments to replace erroneous references to "WA" with the correct "ID" reference. No material changes were made to either attachment, and all numbers remain accurately stated.
