Thanks for the phone call this morning. I am sending along some of the information we discussed and below is a list of
things we said we would follow up on:
Further detail on the intergenerational concept with Colstrip ‐ please see attached Testimony from our WA
Merger Docket by Christopher Hancock, at page 23
Obligations and information sharing between parties ‐ I will send the Data Request the Company responded to
in the Montana Merger Docket that includes the Operations agreement shortly
Depreciation lives used by other owners ‐ I will send shortly
The following items I have requested internally and I will forward as soon as I receive it:
Life expectancy of the Rosebud mine
Meeting minutes
IRP information (will retirement be discussed and how is the coal contract impacting the IRP)
Westmorland bankruptcy and how that impacts Avista

everyone on the call, so please forward to those who I missed.
