CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY;
CASE NO. GNR- T -02-04.
BACKGROUND
On February 26, 2004, the Commission received a letter from Centel Communications
Inc. (Centel) informing the Commission that it would no longer be doing business in the State of
Idaho, and requested that it be "removed from the State of Idaho as a CLEC"
Centel was granted Certificate No. 411 on May 6 2003 in accordance with Order
No. 29230.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission grant the request of Centel and revoke Certificate
No. 411 , without prejudice.
