RESPONSE:Avista is engaged in our communities in a number of different ways, and our vision for giving back focuses on community investments that can be transformational and make a lasting impact.Where there’s a major event, it’s almost a given that Avista will be there. Investments are also made through the time, talent and treasure that Avista employees put into the organizations in the towns they call home throughout our service area. We encourage our employees to engage in their communities. Hundreds of our employees are in volunteer leadership roles across our service territory, and we track community involvement as a corporate strategy.
