Avista is committing to generally hold its customers harmless from any business and financial risk exposures associated with Olympus Holding Corp. Avista does not intend to limit its hold harmless with the word “generally” and is not aware of business and financial risks associated with Olympus Holding Corp. at this time that would do so.
