The business case narrative for Project Atlas can be found in Kensok Exhibit 10, Schedule 1, pages 6-9. For ease of reference, an excerpt of these pages has been provided as Staff_PR_016 Attachment A.
Staff_PR_016 Attachment B is a document prepared in 2015 to assess the reasoning for investing in certain technology solutions, known as Project Atlas.
