Please see Staff_PR_011 attachment A for a copy of the 2016 Executive STIP document. The following table summarizes the actual payout for the operational components (O&M) of the 2016 Plan. (Earnings Per Share (EPS) components of the Executive Step is charged to shareholders, and therefore is excluded from the table below.)
