Please describe in detail how the per therm increases listed in Schedule 191 were calculated for each rate schedule. Please include all associated workpapers and files with formulas intact.RESPONSE:The per-therm increases, by rate schedule, were calculated by dividing the forecasted therms for calendar year 2016 by the proposed gross DSM revenue. The allocation of revenue to the individual rate schedules was spread consistent with present base revenue from the Company’s current general rate case (AVU-G-15-01). All associated electronic workpapers, with formulas intact, were previously provided with the Company’s original filing.
