Please provide a listing of all external consultants fees paid for the installation and testing of Project Compass. Please include amounts, dates, vendor, voucher number, and a brief description of the services rendered.

RESPONSE:

Please see Avista's response 096C, which contains TRADE SECRET, PROPRIETARY or CONFIDENTIAL information and exempt from public view and is separately filed under IDAPA 31.01.01, Rule 067 and 233, and Section 9-340D, Idaho Code, and pursuant to the Protective Agreement between Avista and IPUC Staff dated June 4, 2015.

The task of organizing and providing all of the payment vouchers for every contractor, for the life of the Project, including the preparation of a brief description of the services rendered for each payment (beyond the contract references in the voucher), would be very burdensome. For this response, Avista has prepared a table with pertinent information for all of the contract companies hired by Avista to support Project Compass. For each company, the table includes references to the contract and statements of work for that company, for each year, as well as the amount paid to that contractor for each year of the Project. This summary table is attached as Staff_PR_096C Confidential Attachment A. The contract documents for each of the contract companies, which are referred to in Confidential Attachment A, are also provided as Staff_PR_096C Confidential Attachment B. The contract documents in Confidential Attachment B also include any addenda, revisions, amendments and extensions for each contract with each company.
