RESPONSE:

Please see Staff_DR_139R Attachment A and Attachment B, which contain updated capital project transfers to plant-in-service for 2015 and 2016, respectively. Project cost estimates for 2017 remain consistent with our original filing.

This response has been revised to correct certain corrected transfer to plant-in-service amounts for 2015 and 2016.
