Table Nos. 9 and 10 on pages 49-50 of Pat Ehrbar’s direct testimony show the bill impacts for low, medium, and high usage electric and gas residential customers. Please provide the number of customers in each usage bracket and indicate how many of the customers in each usage bracket received Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) grants.

RESPONSE:

The three usage points provided in Table No. 9 (electric) and No. 10 (natural gas) were used simply to provide an illustrative example of what a customer’s bill would be under the present and proposed basic charges. The usage points are not otherwise “usage brackets”.

Based on discussions with Commission Staff, and using the same low income usage analysis and provided in the case, the Company is providing below the number of customers in the following usage brackets:
