Please see the attachment labeled “Staff_PR_117 Attachment A” which provides the Company’s annual five year use-per-customer forecast for Idaho by rate schedule. The Company conducts forecasts annually over a five year period and therefore is unable to provide a 20 year forecast as requested above.
The effects of the Company’s locally run DSM programs are embedded in the historical use per customer data used for the load forecast.The Company has not conducted an analysis to exclude DSM from the historical data, or the forecast.
