Please provide the Repairs Study when it becomes available.

RESPONSE:

The repairs study was being performed by an outside accounting firm. The Company’s Tax Department recently received the data for the repairs adjustment that will be use on the 2014 Federal income tax return. The Tax Department is in the process of preparing the 2014 Federal income tax return that will be filed on September 15, 2015. The Tax Department does not have a summary of the study at this time. The preliminary review of the data that will be loaded into the Company’s tax plant program indicates the adjustment will not be materially different from the estimates it received in early 2015 that was used to record the estimate on the Company’s records in December 2014. The Company will provide the Repairs Study after it finalizes the tax return.
