In reference to the direct testimony of Company witness Andrews, please prepare Adjustment 2.05 FIT/DFIT/ITC/PTC Expense for electric as of end of period 2015 to reflect updated plant in service as of December 31, 2015.
RESPONSE:
None of the information provided in Adjustment 2.05 changes due to reflecting plant is service at end of period December 31, 2015.
The production tax credit was calculated using the 2016 pro forma power supply data. The Company does not have an estimate for 2015, however, any change between 2015 and 2016 would be less than $10,000 on a system basis. Based on discussions with IPUC Staff, due to the immateriality of the impact, 2015 data is not required to be provided by Avista.
