Per discussions with Staff,as CIP version 5 is the current set of future enforceable standards, we have answered this question as if it relates to CIP version 5. To scope the size and impact of the requirements to transition from CIP v3 to CIP v5, we formed a team that met weekly for several months. That team developed a transition document that identified all of the CIP v5 requirements, the level of effort to meet each requirement, and identified some of the specific tasks required to meet the requirements. See Staff_PR_062C Confidential Attachment A for this document.
