Please explain how the Company evaluates the risks associated with transmission market purchases and a sale, including which risks the Company has identified and how the Company is exposed to changes within the markets. What is the Company’s risk-tolerance policy, how is it measured, and how does the Company demonstrate it conforms to the current policy?
RESPONSE:
Per the Company’s discussions with Staff, this question should be directed towards energy markets instead of transmission markets. Please refer to the response to Production Request 55 for a discussion of how the Company manages energy market risks.
