RE: Notice of Intent to File a Combined Electric and Natural Gas General Rate Case'
In compliance with the mimum sixty day notice requirement of Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of
Procedure, A vista Corp herein provides notice to the Idao Public Utilities Commission that the
company intends to fie a combined electrc and natual gas general rate case on or afer March
21, 2011. It is the Company's intent to utilize the 12-month period ending December 31, 2010,
as the test year for its filing. The Company recently implemented a general rate change in the
state ofIdaho on October 1, 2010 for electrc and natual gas customers.
