request A VISTA supplement their response as new or additional information becomes
available. For each response, please provide all supporting workpapers as well as the
name and phone number of the person preparing the answer and, if different, the witness
who can sponsor the answer at hearing if needed.
Request No. I: As part of a prior case IPC-E-09-09, AVISTA signed, and Commission
approved, a Memorandum of Understanding For Prudency Determinations ofDSM
Expenditures. For Avista's DSM program in 2008 and 2009, please provide cost

effectiveness measurements, narrative descriptions, and evaluations for each individual
measure.
Request No 2: For the cost effectiveness evaluation, on a program wide basis and for each
individual measure, please provide the results of the Total Resource Cost Test, Program
Administrator Cost Test, and the Participant Cost Test.
