In Attachment-A, page 11 of 13 of the document provided in response to Idaho Forest Group's
Discovery Request No.2, section K, Mediation Costs and Fees, it is stated, "Avista waives
reimbursement of the $173,695.45 it advanced to the Tribe for mediation related costs and
expenses". Please state whether A vista is requesting to recover the waived reimbursement in rates,
and if so, please indicate the amount of the request and how the reimbursement is being accounted
for in the Company's rate case fiing.
