RE: Notìce of Intent to File a Combined Electric and Natural Gas General Rate Case
In compliance with the minimum sixty day notice requirement of Rule 122 of the IPUC Rules of
Procedure, A vista Corp herein provides notice to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission that the
company intends to file a combined electric and natural gas general rate case on or after April 1,
2008. It is the Company's intent to utilize the 12-monthperiod ending December 31, 2007 as the
test year for its fiing. The last time the Company implemented a general rate change in the state
ofIdaho was September 9,2004 for electric and natural gas customers.
