For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing. Unless stated otherwise, all requests should be considered for Utah Power’s or PacifiCorp’s Idaho jurisdiction only. Request No. 44:  Provide a copy of source documents and any associated workpapers used to develop Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2 of the direct testimony of PacifiCorp witness D. Douglas Larson. Request No. 45:  Provide at least two additional examples of the line extension charges under the current and the proposed line extension policies for each of the following types of customers:  residential subdivisions, single residential customers, and commercial customers. Request No. 46:  Provide an analysis showing whether a correlation exists, and if so, what the relationship is,  between the cost of terminal facilities (transformer, meter, and service) and connected load.  In addition, provide revised copies of Response No. 8 to Staff’s First Production Request that also include either the connected load for each customer or the kva rating of the transformer for each customer.
