This production request is to be considered as continuing, and the Washington Water Power Company is requested to provide by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that you or any person acting on your behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. Please provide answers to each question; supporting workpapers that provide detail or are the source of information used in calculations; the name and telephone number of the person preparing the documents; and the name, location and telephone number of the record holder. REQUEST NO. 1:  In its application the Company proposes to provide a report that summarizes the results of the experiment at its conclusion.  What information would be provided in that report?  Would the Company object to providing a report on a monthly or quarterly basis? REQUEST NO. 2:  Is the Company planning similar experiments for other customer classes?  If not, why not? REQUEST NO. 3:  How does the Company intend to account for costs and revenues associated with the proposed experimental program?  How will these costs and revenues be kept out of future test years that may be used for ratemaking purposes?  Will these costs and revenues be kept in separate subaccounts so Staff may audit them when they choose to?
