Dear Mr.Rosa:
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has received your $100 deposit for fees associated
with preparation of the clerk’s or agency’s record in Supreme Court Docket No.40882-
2013.In your Notice of Appeal filed with the Commission on June 7,2013,you asked
that the Commission prepare “the entire clerk’s record as set forth in I.A.R.28.”Notice
at7.
In looking at our record in these two consolidated cases,there are a total of 890 pages
that comprise the complete record.Therefore,in accordance with your Notice of Appeal
and the per-page fee established in I.A.R.27(c),I calculate the page fee for preparing the
entire record will be $1,1 12.50.In addition,I calculate the cost for five covers for the
volumes of the record will be $20.00.Consequently,the total fee for preparation of the
clerk’s records will be $1,032.50 ($1132.50 minus the $100 deposit).This will constitute
the full cost for five complete copies of the record.
I am enclosing a billing statement that reflects the total cost for preparing the clerk’s
records as set out above.Please remit at your earliest convenience.I anticipate that the
proposed record will be forwarded to the parties on or about July 8,2013.
