Dear Mr.Rosa:
On June 14.2013,the Idaho Public Utilities Commission sent you a billing statement for
preparation of the clerk’s or agency’s record in Supreme Court Docket No.40882-20 13.
The billing statement and accompanying letter advised you that the fee for preparation of
the clerk’s record is $1,032.50.
As of today,we have not received your payment for preparation of the clerk’s record.
This payment is due.Per instructions of the Supreme Court,if the Commission has not
received your payment by the close of business July 16,2013,the Commission will
advise the Court that you have not paid the cletk’s fee in the amount of$1,032.50.
I am enclosing another statement for preparing the clerk’s record as set out above.The
proposed record is ready to be served on you and Idaho Power Company upon receipt of
your payment.
