Gentlemen:
Enclosed for your review is the Petitioner-Appellant's copy of the proposed Agency Record on
Appeal in the above-referenced case. Idaho Power Company recently filed a Petition to
Intervene in this case with the Supreme Cour. Because Idaho Power was a par to the case and
to the underlying agreements, we anticipate that the Supreme Cour wil grant the Petition.
Therefore, we have included it in the record, and we are also providing Idaho Power with a copy
of the proposed Agency Record on AppeaL.
Pursuant to Appellate Rule 29, you have 28 days from the date of service of the enclosed Agency
Record to fie objections, including requests for corrections, additions or deletions. If no
objections are fied within 28 days, the Agency Record shall be deemed "settled" and will be
filed with the Supreme Cour. LA.R. 29.
