Enclosed for your review is the Petitioner-Appellant's copy of the proposed Agency Record on
Appeal in the above-referenced case. Yesterday, Rocky Mountain Power filed a Petition to
Intervene in this case with the Supreme Cour. Because Rocky Mountain Power was a pary to
the case and to the underlying agreements, we anticipate that the Supreme Cour will grant the
Petition. Therefore, we have included it in the record, and we are also providing Rocky
Mountain Power with a copy of the proposed Agency Record.
Pursuat to Appellate Rule 29, you have 28 days from the date of service of the enclosed Agency
Record to file objections, including requests for corrections, additions or deletions. Ifno
objections are filed within 28 days, the Agency Record shall be deemed "settled" and will be
fied with the Supreme Cour. I.A.R. 29.
