Dear Ms. Jewell:
Enclosed for filing in the above matter please find Avimor, LLC's Notice of Appeal.
As required by Idaho Appellate Rule 23, I am also enclosing a check for the filing fee in
the amount of $86.00.
As required by Idaho Appellate Rule 27, I am also enclosing a check for preparation of
the agency record in the amount of 387.50. Although I am enclosing this check, I don t believe
it is necessary for the Commission to begin preparing the record as our client will seek to stay the
appeal as soon as the Idaho Supreme Court assigns it a case number. A vimor will request the
stay so that it can continue to discuss possible settlement of issues in this case. I have discussed
this with Weldon Stutzman and Don Howell, who have no objection to this. Please check with
them if you need to confirm this.
