Please be advised that as counsel for Rocky Mountain Power (RMP), we have
reviewed the record on appeal including the transcript. On behalf of RMP, we concur
that it properly reflects the pleadings, orders and transcript designations requested for
inclusion by the paries.
I would ask that you please confirm that RMP Exhibit 34 (Item 6.3.e. in the
Second Amended Notice), which is a map of the Populus to Termnal Transmission
Project, has gone to the Supreme Court as a full and complete map. The copy which we
were provided does not include the entire map, as the map was apparently folded when
the copy was made. It would also be much appreciated if you could provide all paries
with a copy of the complete map.
