RE:QWEST ADVICE 03-07-S AND ADVICE 03-13-N TO INTRODUCE A
RESIDENTIAL COMPETITIVE RESPONSE PROGRAM IN NORTHERN
AND SOUTHERN IDAHO, EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 10, 2003
Qwest has filed this tariff advice to introduce a Residence Competitive Response
program to win back customers who have terminated or cancelled all or part of their Qwest
services and established services with another telecommunications provider. When the residence
customers reestablish some part of their services with Qwest, they may receive credits not to
exceed either the total current nonrecurring charge(s) or three months of current monthly rate(s)
or both on selected services. Incentive amounts are calculated on the first month's rates and the
total credit amount will not exceed the total nonrecurring charges plus three months service of
the monthly rates. Customers who receive credit(s) are required to remain with the company for
a minimum of 12 months.
Qwest customers with a satisfactory credit rating may receive this credit only on their
first return to Qwest services. The service may be resold.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of Advice 03-07-S and Advice 03-13-N to be effective
November 10 2003. Does the Commission agree?
