Let me explain the procedures and parameters of today's hearing. Well, first, let me ask, is there anybody on the line that wants to testify? Okay, well, I'll just run through it. Let me explain the procedures and parameters of today's hearing. When we call your name, we will unmute your phone to allow you to testify. You will be sworn in as you would in any other court proceeding and I will ask you to identify yourself for the record, which will include your name, spelling your last name, address, and whether you are a customer of Rocky Mountain Power. Let's see if we have anybody that wishes to testify and if they wish to testify, they press star three. Since we currently have no one present or on the phone to testify, we will go off the record for approximately 10 minutes. We will provide that time for any latecomers to appear for testimony. If no one appears or calls in during that time, I will adjourn this public hearing and we will go home early. With that, we will go off the record. (Recess.) COMMISSIONER HAMMOND: Okay, we are back on the record. I've been advised that no customers have yet or any member of the public have yet appeared or called in to testify, so at this point, it is appropriate to adjourn this hearing.
