IPUC Data Request 18 The Company’s Application included Exhibit 1, the Term Sheet, listing multiple agreements between the Company, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and
Idaho Power Company (IPC). Many of the agreements were set to be executed
after BPA completed its environmental review process and decided how to proceed. BPA issued its affirmative decision on March 23, 2023. Please provide the following:

(a) a narrative update on the status of each agreement outlined in the Term Sheet, with special thoroughness provided to the various agreements in line item 1 of the Term Sheet (agreements related to service delivery in central Oregon); and (b) a text-searchable copy of each finalized agreement.
Response to IPUC Data Request 18 Please refer to Attachment IPUC 18-1 which provides the latest information
regarding the agreements referenced in Exhibit No. 1 to the direct testimony of
Company witness, Rick T. Link. Note: updated information is provided in red / bold text. For additional information on PacifiCorp’s point-to-point (PTP) service tables with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) reflecting central Oregon load service, please refer to Attachment IPUC 18-2.
Please refer to Attachment IPUC 18-3 which provides copies of the fully executed
agreements associated with PacifiCorp transmission referenced in Attachment IPUC 18-1. Please refer to Attachment IPUC 18-4 which provides copies of the fully executed agreements associated with PacifiCorp merchant.
