Redirects of PTP Service on BPA’s Transmission System.

PacifiCorp, in its energy supply management capacity, and BPA agreed to revise the PTP service
arrangements on BPA’s system that PacifiCorp relies on to serve load in central Oregon. Specifically,
PacifiCorp has revised or entered into a total of 15 PTP service tables under PacifiCorp’s existing
Long-Term Firm PTP Service Agreement with BPA (BPA Contract No. 04TX-11722).1 The revisions
accommodate redirected PTP transmission service that will, upon B2H energization, provide
concurrent transmission rights of (i) 340 MW of firm PTP transmission rights from northern points of
receipt (POR) (McNary, Big Eddy and Garrison) to Ponderosa 230, and (ii) 340 MW of firm PTP
transmission rights from the Summerlake 500 POR to the points of deliver (POD) of Ponderosa 230
and Pilot Butte 230 (see summary table below). The redirected service is conditioned upon B2H
energization.
