In Wyoming, PacifiCorp has filed an application requesting waiver or issuance of
a non-situs certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN) and waiver or approval under the advanced review process for the Energy Gateway Segment H, Boardman-to-Hemmingway (B2H) 500-kilovolt (kV) transmission line under Docket no. 20000-631-EN-23 (Record No. 17236).
In Oregon, PacifiCorp has intervened and submitted testimony in Docket PCN-5,
Idaho Power Company’s (IPC) petition for a CPCN for the B2H transmission project.
