Nos. I and 36. Also, please clarifu how the Company associated each functional
area in Exhibit No. I as either 'Energy-Related' or 'All Ottrer.'

Please refer to the work papers supporting the direct testimony of Company
witness, Robert M. Meredith, specifically "COS D 2021FINAL @ $8m
Increase.xlsx" for the cost of service (COS) study relied upon by the Company
which provides COS by function for Residential Schedule 1 and Schedule 36 on
tab "Unit Costs-target". Please refer to the work papers supporting Mr. Meredith's
direct testimony, specifically "ID Res Rate Modemization Workpaper.xlsx" for
the break-out of what *re Company associated with "Energy-Related" and "All
Other", specifically tab "Unit Costs-Res Summary". Note: "Energy-Related"
costs were those costs functionalized to the Production-Energy and Transmission-
Energy functions. "All Other" costs were all other costs than those functionalized
to the Production-Energy and Transmission-Energy functions.

determined and the basis used to determine the changes for Exhibit No. 2,
Schedule No. 36. Please include all work papers showing the calculations used for
ttre reallocations in Excel format with formulas enabled.

Please refer to the work papers supporting the direct testimony of Company
witness, Robert M. Meredith, specifically "ID Res Rate Modernization
Workpaper.xlsx" for how the kilowatt-hour (kWh) time of use (TOU)
reallocations were determined and the basis used to determine the changes for
Exhibit No. 2, Schedule No. 36. Specifically, the estimated relationship between
present TOU and proposed TOU for Schedule 36 on tab "Sch36-TOU" in tre
work paper is used. Please refer to Attachment IPUC 6 which shows the
development of the estimated relationship between present TOU and proposed
TOU for Schedule 36.
