Response to IPUC Data Request 3 Yes, the Company factored in potential expenditures from the Battery Demand Response program currently pending in Case PAC-E-21-16. The Company also factored in potential expenditures from a new Commercial and lndustrial Demand Response program, which has not yet been filed for approval with the tdaho Public Utilities Commission QPUC), but has been discussed with IPUC staff.
