Yes, the Company factored in potential expenditures from the Battery Demand
Response program currently pending in Case PAC-E-21-16. The Company also
factored in potential expenditures from a new Commercial and lndustrial Demand
Response program, which has not yet been filed for approval with the tdaho
Public Utilities Commission QPUC), but has been discussed with IPUC staff.
Please refer to the Company's response to IPUC Data Request 2, specifically
Attachment IPUC 2, for supporting information.

greater than202l expenses. Please explain ttre increase in expenses and provide
supporting documentation. Please provide the response in Excel format
displaying a comparison in program and measure expenses from 2021 to2022.

The increase in forecasted demand-side management @SM) expenses is due to
the anticipated addition of the new Battery Demand Response and Wattsmart
Business Demand Response programs. Please refer to the Company's response to
