Please provide the total Renewable Energy Credit (REC) purchases for Idaho in
2021, and include RECs that were purchased in2022 to fulfill 2021 program
requirements.

Please refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC 2. Renewable energy credits (REC)
are purchased in bulk for the entire Blue Sky Program and are not siate specific.
The REC purchase price is allocated across each state based on the percentage of
blocks purchased. For the 2021 rcporling year there will be 7,276 RECs
purchased to support Idatro Blue Sky blocks. Of those, 5,886 RECs were
purchased n 2021 , and ttre remaining I ,3 90 RECs will have the purchase
finalized before April l, 2022.

Please describe the efforts the Company made in202l to promote initiatives,
education, and project opportunities in Idaho.
Response to IPUC Data Request 6
The Company partrered with a third-party vendor, 3Degrees, to increase
marketing efforts in202l. Blue Sky participants were sent a spring 2021 and fall
2021 forecast newsletter, and a mid-year participant email was sent in July 2021
where participants were offered access to Blue Sky effects and information on the
program.
Three additional Blue Sky customer education correspondences were sent in April
2021, July 2021, and November 2Al. Bill inserts and direct mail letters were sent
to all customers in May 2021 andNovember 2021to promote and educate on the
Blue Sky Program and opportunities.
Rocky Mountain Power's regional business managers (RBM) reached out to
Idaho communities to offer a holiday "greening" opportunity where the power
that was used for festival lighting was matched with Green Renewable Energy
Credits. The city of Preston "greened" their holiday lighting, and the city of
Rexburg showed interest in participating in 2022.
