Sierra Club Data Request 8.4 For each instance identified in response to SC 8-3 above, please identify the magnitude and hourly profile of any reliability shortfalls identified at that location. Please provide supporting data. Response to Sierra Club Data Request 8.4 Hourly shortfall data is included in the confidential work papers provided with the Company’s responses to Sierra Club Data Request 6.2 and Sierra Club Data Request 6.3. More specifically, hourly reliability shortfalls by location are provided on tab “Unserved”. Please refer to the example provided below, based on the information contained in the Company’s response to Sierra Club Data Request 8.3: Shortfalls in Southern Oregon in 2030 (the year transmission limits were reached) are provided with the Company’s response to Sierra Club Data Request 6.2, specifically Confidential Attachment SC 6.2, folder “Step 3 CONF\5230 P-02 MMGR Capacity Requirements CONF\Reports CONF“, file “Shortfalls - 2030_ST_output_5691.xlsx”. On tab “Unserved”, the specific shortfalls for Southern Oregon can be identified by filtering column E “Child Name” on “Southern OR” and “Southern OR – CA”, and then filtering column L “Unserved Energy (MW)” to exclude “0”. Note: in this specific instance / example, there is no unserved energy in Southern Oregon in this study in this year.
