Please provide an outage log for calendar years 2019 ,2020, and 202I (to
a format substantially similar to the information typically provided as an
to Rocky Mountain Power's Wyoming ECAM filings, (see e.g Wy.PSC
20000-5 82-EM-20, Exhibit RMP_(DGW-8) CONF).
Response to PIIC Data Request 4
The Company continues to object to this data request as overly broad and
reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence. This
request seeks information outside of the energy cost adjustment mechanism
(ECAM) deferral period relevant in this proceeding, namely calendar year
(January l, 2020 through December 3 l, 2020). Notwithstanding the
objection, the Company responds as follows:
Please refer to Confidential Attachment PIIC 4 l't Supplemental which
the Company's actual thermal outage information for Ql 2021 (January 202
through March 2021). Note: calendar year 2021data is considered
subject to change.
