The Company assumes that the reference to "PIIC Data Request 01"is intendedtobeareferencetoPIICDataRequest2.Based on the foregoing assumption,theCompanyrespondsasfollows:
The Company continues to object to this data request as overly broad and notreasonablycalculatedtoleadtothediscoveryofadmissibleevidence.This datarequestseeksinformationoutsideoftheenergycostadjustmentmechanism(ECAM)deferral period relevant in this proceeding,namely calendar year 2020(January 1,2020 through December 31,2020).Notwithstanding the foregoingobjection,the Company responds as follows:
