COMMISSIONER RAPER: Good evening. This
is the tj-me and place for a customer hearing in Case
No. PAC-E-21-01, also referred to as in the matter of
Rocky Mountaj-n Power's application for authority to
i-ncrease its rates and charges in Idaho and approval of
proposed electric service schedules and regulations.
On May 2'7Lh, 2027, Pacj-fiCorp, doing
business as Rocky Mountain Power, applied to the
Commission requestj-ng authority to increase its Idaho
jurisdictional revenue requirement. On October 25Lh,
2027, a proposed sti-pulation and settl-ement were fil-ed
with this Commission.
The purpose of this hearing is to take
testimony and relevant comments from members of the
public in reference to the proposed stipulation and
settlement.

President Paul- Kjellander and Commissioner Eric Anderson.

Irrigation Pumpers Assocj-ation, Eric Olsen. Representing
Bayer Corporation, Randal-l Budge. Representing
PacifiCorp Idaho Industrial- Customers, Ron Williams, and
I would state that ICL and CAPAI were originally
j-ntervenors in thj-s case. They have since withdrawn
their intervenor status.
So we do not have anyone on the l-ine to
testify. It is officially 6:13. The hearing was to
begin at 6:00 p.m. sharp. We have created a record. I'm
not going to go into more detail-, because there's no one
to hear it, except for those of you who have graciously
call-ed in to listenr so with that, unless anyone does a
