Bayer Data Request 167
In reference to the response to Bayer Data Request 36, please provide the average
level of full time employees by group of employees identified in the response
(IBEW 125, IBEW 659, etc.) for each of the five years (2016-2020).
l't Revised Response to Bayer Data Request 167
Further to the Company's response to Bayer Data Request 167 dated October 12,
2021, the Company provides this lst Revised response which replaces, in its
entirety, the Company's original response. This lst Revised response was
prompted by noticing that confidentiality protection language was omitted in
erTor.
Please refer to the confidential table below which provides the counts of full-time
employees, excluding mining, and does also not include the small number of
supervisory employees who may be eligible for overtime. The counts provided in
the Company's response to Bayer Data Request 36 included all employee groups,
not just full-time.
