Follow up to RMP Response to PIIC 50. Refer to the total plant-in-service
amounts for TB Flats (excluding transmission) shown in Excel cell Cl7 provided
in Attach PIIC 50 CONF. Please reconcile this amount to the total plant-in'service
amount for TB Flats (excluding hansmission) provided in the Confidential RMP
(McDougal) work paper that supports Adjustment 8.15 in RMP Exhibit 40,
derived by adding the "Jan 20 to Dec 20 Plant Additions" for TB Flats (Tab
8.15.I{ONF, cell G20) to the "202l Plant Additions Included in Adj" for TB
Flats (Tab 8.15.2-CONF, cell C34). Which amount is correct, the amount shown
in Attach PIIC 50 CONF or the amount included in the work paper to Adjustment
8.15? Why is there a difference between these two amounts?
Response to Bayer Data Request24l
Please refer to Confidential Attachment Bayer 241 for a reconciliation of the
difference between the two sources of data. The Company assumes that "Which
amount is correct" is intended to mean acfual in-service amounts. Please refer to
Bayer Data Request 68, specifically Confidential Attachment Bayer 68 which
provided the work papers for Adjustment 8.15, which included the amounts
related to the TB Flats wind project.. The amounts provided were both actual and
forecast amounts and reflected the best estimate at the time of filing the Idaho
general rate case (GRC). The Company's response to PIIC Data Request 50
provided the actual in-service amount at the project's completion.
